Resulting from winemaker Rudy Cosimi’s creativity and love of experimentation, this is the first sparkling wine of its kind using method champenoise. The wine is vinified from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, the same grapes that give life to the Brunello.

A unique wine with a dry, vigorous character. Pleasantly sour notes with a mild bitter aftertaste. Color is a light amber with fine, persistent perlage.
